A love letter

Love Letter

I love what I do! I adore my pups and their parents, relish the fresh air every day, and cherish the relationships that grow stronger over time. I’ve had the privilege to become a part of many wonderful families, watching six-year-olds grow up and graduate while caring for their Labrador since it was three months old. When I first started Pups ‘n Me, I had just left a lifelong career in the entertainment and Special Events business and was uncertain about my next step. However, my love for animals guided me. I’ve worked with my own dogs, trained as a groomer, learned a lot through training my own pets, and believe I have an innate knowledge of animals, especially dogs. And so, Pups ‘n Me was born.

What I didn’t anticipate was the eventual loss of these beloved animals.

This year, 2023/2024, Pups ‘n Me and of course, their families, have lost over 11 amazing and dearly loved dogs, our first puppies. They were all around the same age, having romped and played together wherever we took them. Joyful, gleeful rascals who loved life and knew nothing but love. These wonderful beings, these Angels, blessed my life every day. Each had a unique personality, easily recognizable as special, and we even had little nicknames for them to match their various antics.

I miss them! I will always miss them but will remember their beautiful contribution to my life. I am privileged and grateful to have been in their presence, and to be a part of their families and I am sure that they are all still playing together while waiting to see us again.
Thank you all for the blessing that you continue to give us.I am grateful always.
